Project overview

Where we started

Local businesses receive enquiries from counters, windows, vans, flyers and social profiles, but those messages often arrive across several channels with no shared context.

Flyp gives every placement its own QR code and link. Customers can start a private conversation without installing an app, while the business works from one organised inbox.

The product needed a clear proposition, a mobile-first operator experience and public web surfaces that explain the workflow without adding friction.

Brand identity

A visual world of its own.

A quick, energetic product system designed to move from physical QR touchpoints into digital conversation. Flyp orange creates recognition against paper, job-sheet cream and deep interface ink.

Fonts, colour tokens and the Flyp wordmark are taken directly from the Flyp product codebase.

Each van, sign, counter or link keeps its own source without fragmenting the inbox.

Quote, invoice and payment remain part of the same job from first scan to money received.

What we did

The work, in order

01

Made the journey one sentence

Scan, chat and get paid became the product spine, giving the website and interface one shared story.

02

Designed around the thread

The customer request, conversation, quote and invoice stay connected instead of being split across separate tools.

03

Built channels into the product

Every physical or digital placement can have its own QR code and link, preserving where each enquiry came from.

04

Kept the customer side lightweight

Customers use the browser rather than installing an app or creating an account before they can ask a question.

The result

Flyp brings the public proposition and the product workflow together: a clear scan-to-chat journey for customers, and one mobile-first place for businesses to manage the conversation through to payment.
