Project overview

Where we started

Dunn & Co needed more than a product catalogue. The relaunch had to establish a modern British wardrobe, introduce a complete campaign world and give customers a confident path from first impression to product detail.

Heritage was important, but nostalgia could not be the organising idea. The experience needed the restraint of traditional tailoring and the pace expected from a contemporary online store.

We shaped the brand and retail experience as one system, so campaign, editorial, collection navigation and checkout all feel part of the same house.

Brand identity

A visual world of its own.

The live retail identity balances tailoring heritage with an easier editorial confidence, using warm parchment grounds, deep green ink, oxblood and forest green.

Fonts and colour values were verified against the live Dunn & Co storefront; no local Dunn & Co codebase was present in Clients.

What we did

The work, in order

01

Built the house style

The visual system balances British tailoring references with quieter typography, cinematic photography and an editorial pace designed for a modern audience.

02

Organised the wardrobe

Tailoring, outerwear, knitwear and accessories each have a clear route while remaining connected to occasions, seasonal stories and the wider world of Dunn.

03

Connected story to product

Campaign chapters and lookbook moments lead naturally into shoppable categories instead of living as a separate brand layer.

04

Carried the detail through checkout

Product information, fit guidance, wishlists, account tools and the bag follow the same restrained system from discovery through purchase.

The result

Dunn & Co now has a complete digital retail house: a distinctive brand world, clear collection architecture and a consistent journey from campaign image to checkout.
